Shanan Marshall

As SMG M.E.S.A.’s Vice President Ms. Marshall is responsible for ensuring excellence throughout the company’s global services business by providing on-going solutions and support to SMG M.E.S.A.’s clients, through professional services, development, training, implementation, integration and other key service areas.

Ms. Marshall has spent close to a decade of her career managing and consulting on various large-scale projects within the Banking and Insurance industries.

Ms. Marshall is a graduate of University of Western Ontario with a BA in Psychology and a graduate of the University of Waterloo with a BA in legal studies and Criminology.

Ms. Marshall also serves as the Vice President of iSCORESolutions Ltd.
