Overview


A practical, interactive teambuilding workshop for the management or executive team charged with running a dynamic organization in a challenging business.

Overview and Outcomes


The workshop utilizes the Management PRO (MPPIII) to:
  • Increase individual and team awareness of strengths, growth opportunities and diversity
  • Increase levels of respect and trust
  • Understand why obstacles and challenges in the past may have impeded team progress
  • Learn each other's characteristics, styles and needs in the team environment
We have developed a unique and non-threatening process to open up discussion, including peer observations, to get at the team members' strengths and ideas for greater team engagement and contribution.

We consider the personal and team commitments that would be necessary to the greater good of the team.

We'll look at the characteristics of successful teams and help the team members focus on their own situation.

We finish the process with some brainstorming to determine the team's "critical performance challenge" and the strategies and tactics and commitments required to achieve it.

This is a very practical and challenging workshop that has tremendous positive impact on management team effectiveness and performance.

Format

  • Designed as a one-day workshop but expandable to two days when the "experiential" component is included.
