Colleen O’Brien, PhD
Colleen has over 15 years of experience in organizational behavioural research and consultancy in a variety of industries. Colleen completed her doctorate in psychology at York University in Toronto, Canada in 2001 and her dissertation research focused on employee coping with organizational change.
Colleen also has a strong background in psychometric profile development and interpretation. Colleen is responsible for consulting with our clients worldwide on their recruiting, selection, and talent management strategies and the integration of SMG’s profiling, validation, and training systems into their culture. She has worked with many different initiatives in many types of organizations, but her core expertise is how to leverage assessment tools and technology for selecting and retaining high performers.
Colleen also manages SMG’s Global Distribution Network and she has consulted with clients and conducted many workshops and seminars worldwide.
