To Complete a Profile
- Click on Take the POP Screen using the menu on the left side of this screen.
- Ensure you have an Access Code with you to complete the POP Screen. If you do not have an Access Code, please contact the person who referred you to this website.
- Please allow yourself approximately 10 minutes to complete the profile. Begin the profile by completing general information about yourself (e.g., name). Other instructions will follow with each section.
