The Breakfast Attendant is responsible for monitoring the daily complimentary continental breakfast, ensuring that the breakfast items are well stocked, and cleaning up after breakfast.
This position requires multi-tasking abilities and ability to effectively communicate with guests regarding breakfast offerings and basic hotel and area information.
The Breakfast Attendant must possess a positive and upbeat personality with a desire to deliver outstanding customer service to our guests.
The Front Desk Representatives are responsible for greeting and registering guests, providing outstanding guest service during their stay, and settling the guest's account upon completion of their stay.
Primary responsibilities include: registering guests, making and modifying reservations, answering phones, customer service related duties, as well as laundry and cleaning duties as needed.
Front Desk Representatives must possess a positive and upbeat personality with a desire to deliver outstanding customer service to our guests. Additionally he or she must have the ability to multi-task, be detail-oriented, and be able to problem solve in order to effectively deal with internal and external customers.
Maintenance Personnel are responsible for maintaining the overall appearance and working order of the hotel.
Responsibilities may include: maintaining the exterior of the building, parking lot, and common areas, maintaining all equipment in guest rooms, conducting monthly safety inspections, and working with vendors.
This position must be able to work independently as well as with others and requires overall maintenance knowledge and trouble shooting ability with skills in painting, HVAC, carpentry, equipment, and tool usage.
Room Attendants are responsible for the cleanliness of guest rooms, hallways, and public areas in the hotel.
Responsibilities include: servicing guest rooms daily in accordance with hotel procedures, stocking cart with room supplies, and replacing bed linens and replenishing guest room supplies.
This position requires strong attention to detail, ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members verbally or in written form, and the ability to bend, lift, and be standing or walking all day.
The Executive Housekeeper is a working supervisor position that provides overall direction of the Housekeeping Department in accordance with the goals and objectives as set forth by the General Manager.
The Executive Housekeeper is responsible for hiring, training, and supervising all staff in the Housekeeping Department.
Other duties and responsibilities include scheduling housekeeping staff, insuring guest rooms and public space are maintained and cleanliness standards are met, budgeted goals for the department are met, maintaining and ordering supplies, and insure safety and security policies are upheld.
The Front Desk Manager is a working supervisor position that provides overall direction of the Front Desk personal in accordance with the goals and objectives as set forth by the General Manager.
The Front Desk Manager is responsible for hiring, training and supervising all staff at the Front Desk.
Other duties and responsibilities include scheduling Front Desk staff, insuring guest satisfaction, maximizing sales, implementing and monitoring incentive programs, insuring budgeted goals for the Front Desk are met, and insuring safety and security policies.
Laundry Personnel are responsible for proper care and laundering of all linens according to safety standards and standards set forth by hotel.
The General Manager is responsible for the overall operations of every aspect of the hotel.
The Assistant General Manager is responsible for assisting the General Manager in overall operations of the hotel.
Assistant Executive Housekeeper
The Assistant Executive Housekeeper is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the housekeeping department in the absence of the Executive Housekeeper.
The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for monitoring cleanliness and cleaning staff while adhering to company policies and procedures.
The Night Auditor is an overnight position very similar to the Front Desk. In addition to Front Desk duties, the Night Auditor is responsible for the end of day processes.
The Porter is responsible for common area cleaning and assisting staff in deliveries, stocking and minimal maintenance.

The Cook is responsible for preparing and/or directing the preparation of food to be served, complying with all applicable sanitation, health and personal hygiene standards and following established food production programs and procedures. The cook is responsible for appropriate use of facility supplies and equipment to minimize loss, waste and fraud.
The dishwasher is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for china, glassware, tableware, cooking utensils, etc., using machine and manual cleaning methods. This position also ensures the dishwashing area is maintained as a clean, safe and sanitary facility.
Ability to take orders and deliver food and beverages to our guests. Excellent verbal skills required.
The Bartender plays a major role in a guest's dinner and/or bar experience. Consistency is a key element in a positive experience, which is achieved by always following recipes. A bartender must be friendly, outgoing and possess good communication skills. A bartender should be organized and able to think and act quickly and effectively while retaining self-composure. Must be at least 21 years old.
