The personal information gathered during the profiling process will be used by Nationale Nederlanden Insurance company - branch Sofia for the professional selection purposes. The aggregate data will take part in the selection procedure under the form of professional report. The information gathered will be submitted to Self-Management Resource Corporation, Canada (155 Rexdale Blvd., suite#304, Toronto, Ontario M9W5Z8, Canada) for statistical processing only.

Nationale Nederlanden Insurance Company - branch Sofia will treat the data in full confidentiality and will not disclose this to third parties except for with the candidate's expressed permission.

The data will be maintained in the system for a period not more than five (5) years after which time it will be removed from the active database and de-identified.
